A post training feedback is a good way to evaluate whether the participants liked the training or at best how they plan to implement the learning. It does not give us a clear picture of whether they truly learned and whether they can use what they learned. Hence, we at TPL, use the Kirkpatrick model of evaluation for training depending upon what is expected from the client.

We use the ADDIE model and the Bloom’s level of hierarchy while designing the modules, hence we can evaluate on all the 4 levels of evaluation.
